Ehaho orders could be shipped to some EU states (except some outlying islands and overseas territories). Supported countries are as follows: Belgium, Poland, Germany, France, Netherlands, Sweden, Spain, Italy, UK.

 

Fast Delivery

 

Our warehouses are strategically located in the German to provide efficient delivery service. Estimated delivery times fall within 2-5 business days, depending on your location and the inventory status at the respective warehouse. In case an item is out of stock, we will promptly communicate with you to provide updates. The estimated delivery time applies to those states eligible for free shipping. To ensure a smooth delivery process, please make sure to provide an accurate street address (not a PO Box) and up-to-date contact information during checkout.

SHIPMENT FOR AN ORDER WITH MULTIPLE ITEMS

 

We aim to have all your items delivered together. However, due to varying shipping options, we may occasionally send products separately. You will receive a shipment notification email once an item is dispatched.

 

DELIVERY FAILURE

 

If the parcel cannot be delivered to the designated delivery address due to customer's non-cooperation (wrong or incorrect delivery address, absentee), or if the customer refuses to accept the parcel and the parcel will be returned to the designated delivery address, then the buyer will be responsible for the logistics fee.

 

If it is a customized product, the return will not be accepted and the customer will be contacted again and reshipped, then the buyer is responsible for the logistics costs.

 

ORDER CANCELLATION

 

To cancel your order before the product is manufactured or shipped, please contact us. Full refunds are available for canceled orders. If the product has already been shipped, cancellation is not possible. To cancel your order after receiving the goods, refer to our return policy.

 

CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES

 

When ordering Ehaho products, you are responsible for ensuring lawful importation into the destination country. The recipient acts as the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Additional customs clearance charges must be borne by the recipient; for more information, consult your local customs office.
