Shipping Policy
Delivery Coverage
We ship to most EU countries, including Belgium, Poland, Germany, France, Netherlands, Sweden, Spain, Italy, and the UK. Please note that some outlying islands and overseas territories may not be supported.
Delivery Times
Our warehouse is based in Germany, which allows us to offer fast delivery across Europe. Here’s what to expect:
- Order processing: 1–2 business days
- Shipping: 2–5 business days
Delivery times may vary depending on your location and stock availability. If an item is out of stock, we’ll contact you promptly with an update.
Shipping Address Requirements
Please provide a full street address at checkout, including name, house number, street, city, postcode, country, and phone number. We do not deliver to PO boxes or public mailboxes.
Shipping Carriers
We ship with UPS, FedEx, and DHL, depending on your location and order size.
Possible Delays
While we do our best to meet estimated delivery times, delays can occasionally occur due to high-volume sales periods, severe weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Orders with Multiple Items
We aim to ship all items in your order together. In some cases, products may be dispatched separately — you’ll receive a shipping notification email for each dispatch.
Delivery Failure
If a delivery fails due to an incorrect address, an absent recipient, or a refused parcel, the return shipping cost will be the buyer’s responsibility. For customised products, returns are not accepted — we will contact you to arrange reshipment, and any associated logistics costs will be covered by the buyer.
Order Cancellation
To cancel your order before it has been shipped, please contact us as soon as possible. Full refunds are available for orders cancelled before dispatch. Once an order has shipped, cancellation is no longer possible — please refer to our Returns Policy instead.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
When ordering from Ehaho EU, you are responsible for ensuring the lawful importation of goods into your country. The recipient acts as the importer of record and must comply with all applicable laws and regulations. Any customs clearance charges are the recipient’s responsibility. For more information, please contact your local customs office. Please note that customs procedures may occasionally cause delays beyond our estimated delivery times.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email. You can track your parcel at 17track.net. Please allow a few hours after receiving your tracking number for the system to update.
