Orders & Shipping

How long does delivery take?

Most orders are delivered within 5–10 business days. Need it faster? Express shipping is available at checkout.

How do I track my order?

As soon as your order ships, we’ll send a tracking number to your email. Use it to follow your package every step of the way.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes — we ship to most countries. Delivery times and shipping costs vary depending on your location and will be shown at checkout.

Can I change or cancel my order?

We process orders quickly, so please reach out within 24 hours of placing your order if you need to make changes. Contact us via the Contact Us page.


Product & Setup

Do I need a fog machine?

A fog machine isn’t required, but it makes a huge difference. The 3D beam and scanning effects are designed to shine in a smoke-filled environment. Without it, you’ll still get great pattern and animation effects on walls and ceilings.

How do I set up my Ehaho light?

It’s simple — plug it in, choose your control mode (Auto, Sound, DMX, or Remote), and you’re ready to go. Full instructions are included in the box. You can also contact us anytime — we offer lifetime technical support on all Ehaho products.

What control modes are supported?

All Ehaho laser lights work with Auto, Sound Activated, DMX512, Master/Slave, and Remote Control modes — giving you full flexibility for any event.

Can I use the lights outside?

Our laser lights are built for indoor use. If you need outdoor lighting, check out our String Lights — they’re IP65 waterproof and made for the outdoors.

How much area do the lights cover?

Coverage depends on the model. Check each product page for exact specs and coverage details.


Troubleshooting

My light won’t turn on.

First, make sure the power cable is firmly connected and the outlet is working. Still not on? Get in touch and we’ll sort it out.

Sound mode isn’t reacting to music.

Sound mode works best with loud, bass-heavy music. Try turning up the volume or moving the light closer to your speaker.

The remote isn’t working.

Try replacing the batteries and make sure nothing is blocking the line of sight between the remote and the light’s sensor.

My light is making a noise — is that normal?

Yes, completely normal. The built-in motor produces a soft hum or spinning sound during operation — this is not a defect.

What does the warranty cover?

My item arrived damaged. What do I do?

We’re sorry to hear that. Please photograph the damage and contact us within 48 hours of delivery — we’ll arrange a replacement or refund right away.
