Warranty Policy

Ehaho provides a straightforward warranty that is processed in the most hassle-free way possible.

This limited warranty provided by the manufacturer in no way affects a potential statutory warranty provided by law.

Warranty Period

All Ehaho products come with a 1-year extended manufacturer's warranty and lifetime technical support from the date of purchase.

  • The warranty period starts on the date of delivery of the product to the customer.
  • A product is considered defective when it has a defect in workmanship or materials that prevents it from operating in accordance with the specifications provided by Ehaho.

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

Products may be returned for a full refund for any reason within 30 days of the date of purchase. Please contact customer service once the item has been delivered to the warehouse so the refund process can begin.

  • Returns must include all accessories
  • Items must be returned in original packaging
  • For non-quality-related warranty claims, the buyer is responsible for shipping costs
  • Returns may be rejected if items do not meet the above requirements

Note: If you return a product that came with a gift item, please ensure the gift is in good condition and returned together with the product. If the gift cannot be returned or is damaged or lost during the return process, the seller reserves the right to deduct the corresponding value of the gift from the refund amount.

Replacement Process

If you find that the product is defective or missing parts after receiving your package, please contact customer service at hello@ehaho.com and provide the following information:

  1. Order number from your online purchase made through Ehaho
  2. Clear photos containing:
    • Outer packaging with SKU label
    • Outer packaging with waybill/tracking information
    • Photos showing product quantity or the defective area

Once confirmed, our support team will arrange a replacement or refund for you. Please note that we will not be able to process your request if the information provided is incomplete.

Refund requests under the 30-day money-back guarantee expire 30 days after a warranty claim is initiated. Refunds for non-quality issues cannot be processed after this 30-day window. For purchases not made directly through Ehaho's online stores, please contact the retailer for refunds.

Warranty Claims for Quality-Related Issues

All quality-related defects on items sold directly by Ehaho or Ehaho's authorized resellers are covered by warranty, starting from the date of purchase (see warranty period above).

Ehaho's limited warranty is restricted to the country of purchase. The warranty is void on items taken outside the country they were originally purchased in or shipped to. Quality-related warranty claims for purchases through Ehaho's Authorized Distributors and Retailers are handled post-sale by the respective distributors and retailers.

Warranties on all replacements follow the same warranty timeframe as the original defective item. Warranties are void after a product has been fully refunded.

Process:

  • Buyer must provide sufficient proof of purchase
  • Ehaho must document the troubleshooting steps taken by the buyer
  • The defective item's serial number and/or visible proof of the defect are required
  • It may be necessary to return the item for quality inspection
  • For defective items returned to Ehaho, warranties on replacements are voided if the wrong item is returned or if the defective item is not returned

Valid proof of purchase:

  • Order number from online purchases made through Ehaho
  • Sales invoice

Shipping costs must be covered by the buyer in the following situations:

  • Returning products for any reason other than a proven defect
  • Warranty claims on items taken outside the original country of purchase
  • Accidental returns by the buyer
  • Returning personal items
  • Returning items claimed to have defects but found by Ehaho quality control to be in working condition
  • Returning defective items via international shipping
  • Costs associated with unauthorized returns (returns made outside of the approved warranty process)

Not Covered Under Warranty

  • Products without sufficient proof of purchase
  • Lost or stolen products
  • Items that have exceeded their warranty period
  • Non-quality-related issues (after 30 days of purchase)
  • Free products
  • Repairs carried out by third parties
  • Damage from external sources
  • Damage from misuse (including but not limited to: drops, extreme temperatures, water exposure, or improper operation)
  • Purchases from unauthorized resellers

Limitation of Liability

Ehaho is not liable for:

  • Loss of data incurred from the use of Ehaho products
  • Returning personal items sent to Ehaho

When returning items with a prepaid shipping label provided by Ehaho, Ehaho takes responsibility for any damage or loss incurred in transit. When returning items for non-quality issues, the buyer assumes responsibility for any damage or loss incurred in transit. Ehaho does not provide refunds for items damaged in transit for non-quality-related warranty claims.
