Return Policy – 30-Day Return & Refund Guarantee

At Ehaho, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, you may return any unused product within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund. Please ensure the item is returned in the same condition as received.

If you choose to return an item for personal reasons, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost. The exact fee depends on your chosen courier. If the item you received was damaged or incorrect due to our error, we will cover the return shipping cost in full.

Order Cancellation:

You may cancel your order by emailing us within 24 hours of placing it.

If a cancellation is requested within 24 hours and before the order has shipped, a transaction fee will apply based on your payment method (2.6% for credit card payments, 3.6% for PayPal).

If the order has already been shipped, a €20 interception fee will be charged.

If an item is out of stock or your address is incomplete or incorrect, we will reach out via email. If we do not receive a response within 15 days, the order will be automatically cancelled and refunded.

30-Day Refund Guarantee:

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason within 30 days, you may return the unused, unopened product — including all accessories — in its original packaging for an exchange or full refund.

Please note:

  • We reserve the right to refuse returns for used or opened products.
  • Refunds and exchanges are not available for purchases made beyond 30 days.
  • If a return is refused upon receipt, double the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

To ensure a smooth return, please follow these guidelines:

  1. Original Packaging: Return items in their original packaging, including all boxes, bags, and protective materials.
  2. Undamaged Condition: We cannot accept returns where the original packaging has been damaged, as the item is no longer considered new.
  3. Tags and Accessories: Include all tags, manuals, instructions, and stickers. For apparel, tags must remain attached.
  4. Secure Packing: Pack items securely to prevent transit damage. Damaged items received without a clear cause cannot be accepted as returns.
  5. Outer Shipping Box: Do not use the product's original box as the shipping container. Place it inside a separate, larger shipping box — ideally the one your order arrived in.
  6. Proof of Purchase: Include your original invoice or order confirmation inside the package.
  7. Confirmation Required: Before shipping your return, confirm all conditions are met by sending photos or a video to our support team. Once approved, ship promptly and share a valid tracking number. Refunds are processed within 3 business days of receiving the returned item.

For the fastest exchange, we recommend returning the original item and placing a new order for the replacement.

Return Shipping Costs

If you are returning an item for reasons unrelated to a product defect or our error, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost. If we provided incorrect product information that led to the return, we will cover the shipping cost.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, we will process your exchange or return request within 2 business days and cover all return shipping costs. Please ensure the item is returned in new condition.

Out-of-Stock Items

If your order cannot be fulfilled due to stock shortages, we will notify you by email. You may choose to wait for restocking or request a full refund.

Non-Returnable Items

Gift cards issued through membership upgrades are non-refundable.

  1. Contact the Amazon seller to confirm whether a return is required.
  2. Visit your Amazon orders page and locate the relevant order.
  3. Select your return reason and submit the request.
  4. Follow the instructions provided by Amazon or the seller. If a return authorisation number is issued, write it clearly on the shipping label.
